All the Lanzi flooring and coverings are submitted to strict Quality Control trials, as stated in the ABNT 13818/97 and ABNT 15463 Standards, in order to guarantee top notch quality in all our products.
In case of any questions, problems, or apparent defects in our products, immediately get in touch with our CSS Department, BEFORE tile laying. The 90 day time limit for complaints is based on the date when the product is received. In order to facilitate this process, keep the purchase invoice handy, including the product name, tonality, size, and control data, as displayed on our packages.
The purchase invoice is necessary for warranty coverage of Lanzi products.
Important: Glossy products are susceptible to scratches, generally caused by abrasive materials, such as sand and other building supplies. In order to avoid problems while performing the worksite installation (tile laying), as well as maintenance, it is necessary to protect the floor to avoid future problems. Remember, the warranty for ceramic coverings does not cover scratched tiles.
